Victoria Schartner
Dear Ladies and Gentlemen, I am an Austrian citizen and am currently in Lisbon as an Erasmus student. I have booked a trip to Morocco from 21 to 26 December 2025. Today, I noticed that my passport expires on 14 June 2026 and that a passport valid for six months is required to enter Morocco. How strict are these rules? Could this be a problem when entering the country? Kind regards Victoria Schartner

Khashayar khosravi
Dear Sir/Madam, My name is Khashayar Khosravi, and together with my wife, Sepideh Golmohammadi, we are Iranian citizens residing in Porto, Portugal, and holders of valid Portuguese residence permits. We are planning to travel to Morocco from December 2025 to January 2026 for approximately 20 days in order to attend the African Cup of Nations and to explore your beautiful country. We would kindly like to ask for your guidance regarding the tourist visa application procedure. Specifically, we would like to know: Whether it is possible for us to apply online or by email, or if we are required to submit our application in person at the Embassy. What would be the simplest and most efficient way for us to apply, considering our situation as Iranian passport holders with Portuguese residence permits. A complete list of the required documents, fees, and processing times so that we can prepare our application properly. We would be very grateful for your assistance and clear instructions, so we may proceed with our application as soon as possible. Thank you very much for your time and kind attention. We look forward to your reply. Yours sincerely, Khashayar Khosravi & Sepideh Golmohammadi Porto, Portugal
